However, this year I am going to go more in depth on the whole thing and include the 2013 FA class, Draft picks and list of prospects, our cap situation, ect. Therefore, Woody has fired Mike T. and has anointed you as the new GM of the NYJ. Let the games begin.

A GM-related question: Chris Ivory from New Orleans is a RFA but was signed as a free agent out of college. What would a team have to give up if signed for? Does anyone know?
I'd love to go after him or Jonathan Dwyer, another RFA drafted in the 6th round.
This would be after I'd cut Shonn Greene loose.

Blow up the entire team. Cut any spare player that will save you cap. Trade Revis, Harris, Keller and Holmes for picks (or future picks). Holmes and Harris combined will save you 15+ in cap. Switch to a 4-3. Sign a bunch of veterans on 1 year deals to help alleviate some pressure (Vilma for MLB, Shaun Rogers for DT (he's coming of injury but would be a good mentor for Kenrick Ellis), Peyton Hillis, Dallas Clark etc.. etc..).

Draft Moore and Justin Hunter (Revis trade) in the 1st and Giovanni Bernard in the 2nd (if he declares).

I wasn't sure if those were the correct numbers because it said on NyJetscap.com that the totals you gave are cap savings if cut but then there are $3 million in dead money if cut as well so I just subtracted the numbers.
