    Great 30-for-30 film about Bo Jackson. Did anyone see this?

    I doubt it. It just aired on ESPN last night. I saw the last 30 minutes. What I saw was pretty good.

    I was always interested by Bo Jackson and now that I saw this he is probably my favorite athlete there is in any sport, behind only Griffey.

    You can't put into words how much talent he had. Shame a fluke injury took away most of it.

    I watched a show about the limits of the human body and it talked about Bo Jackson and that type of injury to where his physical talents had peaked higher than the threshold for what the human body is allowed before breaking down.

    It talked about Usain Bolt and how it will nearly be impossible for men to go much faster because of the strain it puts on the joints moving at that speed. They said that if people went much faster it would almost make the joints like a car engine without oil that they would burn up. That in the future if any records are gonna get broken considerably it will have to be by taller people with longer strides because we shouldn't be able to physically move much faster.
