That makes me question the price tag though. The Angels could have had him for 12(because the buyout already is a sunk cost) and declined. It being a one year deal there isn't tat much downside to it, but still the Nats better have a good backup plan.

If anyone else thought he was healthy isn't he getting much more than a one year deal? I'm not sold.

I hate to see him go from the Angels

He is a class act who always gave everything. I wish we coulda brought him back as our 4th or 5th starter. Good luck!!!!

Glad to see him back in the NL, Haren always had a good bat for a pitcher.

That rotation is going to be nice, good deal for the Nats if he stay's healthy.

Great signing by the Nats, I can't believe he only got a one-year deal.

Kind of weird I see so many people calling it a steal for the Nats. He might be good, but he kinda needs to be for 13 mil, not like it's a small amount that couldn't have been used elsewhere. We don't know anything about the Medicals so how can we say that for sure he's close to the same pitcher he was so its a steal? What we do know is that both the Angels and Cubs didn't see him fit.

I mean, he might bounce back, there's a chance for it and maybe a good one. But the bias (by outside Nats fans) towards what some teams do is funny to me.

Every move that the Braves and Nationals make that makes them better increases the likelihood that RAJ goes balls out on Hamilton.

Great for the Nats. They're the clear favorites to reach the World Series in 2013.
