i think the lakers should be lucky to be ranked 14th right now
A role model if I ever knew one
seems about right. The warriors are playing a reasonably tough schedule and as rick bucher would say they have a lot of profesional wins against good teams.
They are outrebounding teams
They are keeping teams out of the paint and regularly keeping their opponents field goal precentage down.
They are outplaying teams in the 4th quarter (has not been the case in recent history).
They arent having as many dropoffs during the course of games. This is a testament to having good subs and managing the talent on the roster well.
Scary thing is- if they could have 2 or 3 less turnovers a game (which is possible considering how many unforced ones there are) and they could shoot better from the free throw line (which is likely)- They could get a little bit better and create some seperation in close games. Also- the rookies are going to continue to get better.

This is pretty exciting. I'm enjoying every minute of this ride. Lacob should make a speech at the next game.

By the way, I think it's pretty awesome to have Ric Bucher on our team.

he still didnt do his hw on andrew bogut- the record doesnt give him a free pass on that. There was a reason the bucks wouldnt wait for bogut to get healthy to make that trade. there was a reason the bucks would trade a 7 foot center for an undersized shooting guard. the bucks had to know bogut would need the microfracture surgery. They had to know... warriors either didnt care... or they just didnt do their hw, or their medical staff is incompatent.
A role model if I ever knew one
it doesnt matter if bogut plays or not. as long as the warriors are winning, lacob deserves to be praised.
stylez, you of all people should know its all about wins or losses. im actually surprised you are focusing so much energy on bogut. i understand he is an integral part of winning, but were winning and hes shelved. your focus seems to be on bogut, and not winning.

I honestly think we should only play Bogut, when he is ready, against teams with significant size advantages. Memphis, Lakers, (when bynum is healthy) Philly. And also against teams with great drivers. Miami, Milwaukee, Boston. But other than that, our team is playing nearly perfect basketball. At the level we are playing, minus turnovers and poor shooting, we could easily remain top 4 in the west. Go warriors.
I wouldn't go that far. No way we finish in the top-4 let alone easily. Also, if Bogut gets back to good heath one day, he'll be our best player in my opinion. He was 3rd team all-NBA. We don't even have any other realistic all-stars. He's legit, he just needs a lot of time to heal. I just hope they don't rush him back. Give him as much time as he needs, even if it means sitting him until next year. Seriously, no point in having him back unless he's healthy.
