I just want to know why banned users cant get into the PSD OOTP forum but people who are not signed in can access it.

I also want to know why I can access the OT Forum while banned but people who are not signed in cant

A long, long, long time ago, Wrigs thought being in games like OOTP was a privilege. So if you got banned, you lost those privileges. I think that was the reasoning, anyways.
