    He was part of one of my most fondest sports memories. Sitting at the stadium when Scott Podsednik (of all people) launched a HR into right center field winning game 2 of the World Series.

    Yeah seriously. His signature moment for me is striking out Hinske in game 5 part 2. Thanks for the memories!

    Brad Lidge is retiring

    I was always a fan of Lidge. Had a really solid career and was great with Houston. Lost track after 2005 but when he rebounded, he was great.
