The greatest player of the 2000's thus far?

Should make for an interesting debate. From 2000 to let's say the past few years (as Shaq has retired and others are declining rapidly) who was the best player over that period?
Basically from 2000 to 2013 including accolades, titles, stats, etc.

Also in what order would you rank them?

    Thanks MJ-Bulls for the picture.

I would have Duncan on top, and Iverson at the bottom, and everybody else in the middle ;-)

    Tim Duncan

4 Titles, Never missed playoffs, Defense always great, Kept team winning over 50 games even last year's condensed schedule, 3 Finals MVP's, 2 MVP's, Always on All Star team, He's beaten Kobe, Shaq, LeBron, Nash, Kidd, Dirk, Iverson in the playoffs before... Too consistent in every way possible & he's not the strongest or most athletic but he has skills to the MAXIMUM

My 2nd would have to be Shaq because of how dominant he was and third would be LeBron, and then Kobe, next KG, next Kidd, everyone else

LeBron has doubled Shaq's votes? Even with Shaq's extra prime years? Really?

I misread the question at first as best of the 2000's as in 2000-2010. In which case I gave Wade the nod over James for his title run. I know you hate Wade with all the passion in the world, and where in the hell did I have him over Duncan??? I voted Duncan 1, and had him first on my list.

    Duncan.

And the option list should be much shorter.

Just Duncan, Kg, Kobe, Shaq, Lebron.

    Duncan
    Kobe
    LeBron
    Shaq
    KG

    in that order for me.

I think it's pretty easily Duncan or Kobe 1a/1b. Too much of Shaq came before 2000 and the answer might be Lebron in 5 years, but not now.

    Duncan/Kobe
    Lebron
    Shaq
    KG

Thats exactly why I say Lebron is the most overrated player I have ever seen. The guy only has one title, is 1/3 in the finals and people are still saying he is more accomplished than Shaq, Duncan, and Kobe all who have 4 + titles to their names. There is no logic to their decisions, only homerism.
