This. Ross is a great clubhouse guy but he strikes out a lot and is sort of overrated especially if he wants 10 mill per.

Exactly, as much as I thought Ross was great here, he's not worth the years or money.

Agreed but if he wants out they very well may trade him. And that's a good package. Not many teams will or even can give that much for him in talent 24 years old or younger. If he starts being discussed I doubt we'd let any team outbid us under reasonable circumstances.
