Hagerty and Fields interest me, the others not so much.
Aguilar as the RH bat for 1st base and power bat off the bench would be a good fit. Justin Turner cannot be the Mets right handed 1st base man again.
Lutz who will once again get hurt?
Ike has his issues vs lefties and still the Mets need to add a power right handed bat regardless.
They can always have multiple picks I believe.
...any of these guys would help.
I like Aguilar and Hagerty

That is why he would be a bench guy, nobody is asking him to be a starter like Eamus was and as you know well that some guys do not need to play 100+ games at AA and AAA to perform in the majors.
Lutz will get hurt that is almost a sure thing as the sun coming out tomorrow.
I would be interested in Fields or Aguilar and def Hagerty.
Does anyone know anything about Hagerty on defense?
Perhaps, but the likelyhood for a back-up 1st baseman to stick on the roster all season long is less than that of a back-up catcher or pen arm. If the Indians thought this guy was ready for the bigs, they would have put him on the 40.
I'd rather get Hagerty. He was the Padres 10th best prospect after 2010 and I like that he's a switch-hitter.
Actually the odds of a back up catcher staying the while season are less because you only carry 2 of them and is not like the Mets have an all star that plays almost everyday. Maybe if they went with 3 catchers it would be easier of that happening. Also pen arms are no so easily hidden, a guy will have to do well to stay or else be given back.
Was Hagerty non-tendered?
Was George Kottaras Tendered also?

He wasn't put on the 40 man roster.
I believe Kottaras was tendered.
