    Anyone see the 30/30 espn special on Bo Jackson?

    I had no idea George offered him 250k right out of high school to play for the yanks after a great story.

    George heard about this high school phenom. Went down to see him personally with one of his scouts. He asked Bo to take batting practice. On the first pitch, he hits a line drive so hard it collapses the batting cage.

    George said ' that's all I need to see' and left. Offered 250k the next day.

    Bo and mom declined.

    30 for 30 has done a damn good job with some of their episodes. Honestly, they're better than half the documentaries out these days.
