Dodgers will spend that much for him.
The Mets are targeting Cleveland's Vinnie Pestano for bullpen help.

I really like this move. a 2.57 era in 70 games. I know they had him a possibly closer candidate last season.
Let's add some good bullpen arms.

-MetsblogThe Mets are open to offering OF Ryan Ludwick a two-year deal between $6-7 million per year, tweets Ken Davidoff of the New York Post.
However, Davidoff says the Reds are still the favorites for Ludwick.
Earlier this morning, John Fay of the Cincinnati Enquirer says the Reds and Ludwick will meet today in Nashville and it’s possible he might accept their current offer.
Yesterday Joel Sherman of the New York Post said the Mets had interest in Ludwick.
“They may end up budgeting a few extra dollars to address their severe outfield needs,” Sherman says.
Ludwick, who just turned 34 in July, hit .275 with a .346 OBP and .877 OPS with 26 home runs and 80 RBI in 422 at-bats over 122 games with the Reds in 2012. He hit .268 with 16 home runs and 46 RBI at Great American Ballpark, and hit .282 with 10 home runs and 34 RBI on the road.
-MetsblogThe Mets are still pursuing Royals OF prospect Wil Myers, ESPN New York’s Adam Rubin reports, according to multiple sources.
Myers, who will be 22 on Opening Day, hit a combined .314 with a .600 SLG, 37 HR, 109 RBI and 140 strikeouts in Double-A and Triple-A in 2012.
He has yet play in the Major Leagues, but is widely considered to be among the best hitting prospects in baseball.
This morning, Royals manager Ned Yost told Jim Duquette and Mike Ferrin on SiriusXM that the Royals would be willing to deal Myers if it brought them a starting pitcher they felt “put them over the top.” For instance, in a recent report for the Kansas City Star, Bob Dutton said the Royals have discussed trading Myers to the Red Sox for Jon Lester or to the Rays for James Shields.
-MetsblogAccording to Joel Sherman of the New York Post, The Mets have shown interest in LHP John Lannan.
Sherman says their interest in Lannan could be in the event they deal R.A. Dickey.
Busy day for us. lolThe Mets will be meeting with Scott Hairston’s agent today, SNY’s Kevin Burkhardt said on Twitter.
Yesterday, Hairston told ESPN New York that it was still a possibility he re-signs with the Mets.
This week, the Tigers, Yankees, Giants, Cardinals and Indians have all reportedly shown interest in Hairston, who is said to be seeking a multi-year contract.
