but will it be like skyrim where you actually control a character in an open world.

Or will it be like a cut scene game with choices. (like heavy rain)

It's a turn based game, like a jrpg.

Most of that was cut scenes there was a few obvious gameplay situations that looked different.
It looks good though definitely want it
