If it is anyone other than LeBron they ****ed up.

MVP, Championship, Finals MVP, Gold Medal. There is nothing more he could have done within his sport.

Usian Bolt shouldn't be slept on. I don't know if they give it non-Americans, but he's extremely deserving.

Congrats to James on this honour. After the year he had it's certainly deserved.
    Favourite Teams:

    Boston Red Sox: 27-17
Indianapolis Colts: Decent draft, no new wide reciever though.
Detroit Pistons: Looking forward to the draft and whoever the new coach will be
Ottawa Senators: Down 2 to 1 to Pittsburgh, Game 4 on Wednesday Night, Game 5 on Friday Night and Game 6 on Sunday Night (If necessary)

    Beautiful:

    Why?

James is all but universally regarded as the best player in his sport, Buster is not. James won an Olympic gold, Buster did not. James was the regular season MVP and the Finals MVP, Buster only got one of those.

James winning it was as obvious as it gets. No one had the year he had, and it wasn't really close. I get an argument for Bolt, but I'd be more inclined to vote for him if he broke his own world record. Winning 3 gold medals, even in track, isn't as rare as doing what LeBron did.

LeBron definitly deserved it. NBA Championship, NBA MVP, NBA Finals MVP, and Gold Medal all in one year is very impressive.

Solid choice. Michael Jordan is the only other man to win a championship, NBA MVP and Olympic Gold in the same year.
