I don't know how much money we'll have next season, but using FA to go after those other needs (a la Jake Long, Jared Cook, etc.) along with the trade-up to draft Te'o would be my general offseason.

Like I said though, I have no idea how much cap space we have for 2013 so I could be completely off-base here.

If Emery could land key FA's before the draft, I'd be ok with a major move up for a stud LB.

TE, OG, and possibly a C would be needs along with LT. Te'o is a stud though.

Resigning Urlacher really shouldn't take much. Given how bad he's been this season and his injuries the past two years, if he demands a lot, I really wouldn't mind it if we let him walk. That'd free up a lot of space.

I think we will sign some key FA's, but I personally think if we can trade up for Te'o we should. No matter what. We're likely not going to see Lach's replacement with even a small downgrade for a while.
