How & Why was Pau a Beast with Spain?

Everytime I hear that hes washed up & has lost it, I think of this summer.
He was the driving force on that silver medal team & gave the US all we could handle.

Yes he was more aggressive, but tell me what he did & their scheme did to get that production from him.

When I see that I think:

    1. he is not washed up, just not being used correctly.
    2. we need to get that back out of him for the betterment of the team or (gulp) to drive to trade value

Pau doesnt fit with D'Antoni's community center style of basketball.... So as a result Pau will be traded at some point for a bag of **** and we will be early playoff exits

He actually gets fed and is allowed to post up. With the lakers that doesn't happen.

That's what we celebrate with, not with bubble machines...

Where is Crooner to say it's Kobe's fault?

For Spain, Pau is the focal point. The offense is based on his touches. With the team now, Pau is expected to be more of a role player. He is expected to hit a 15 ft jumper. Pau will be a Laker till Nash gets back. If he doesnt start playing better when Nash returns Pau will be traded.

Gasol have not been 100% this season. with the addition of howard his number are suppose to go down and he is also playing outside the paint there is no room for him downthere with howard posting up in the middle of the paint.

one reason i think he played better in the olympics is because they allowed more contact than the nba and he was being use properly not like brown and D'antoni is using him

Seriously though, I think the BEST way to utilize Pau is if we play him WITH the bench. Start him, however have most of his minutes come with the 2nd unit.

LOL, what? D'Antoni system is all about sharing the ball. How else do Meeks and Jamison get all of those shots.

because the american game is faster, and he's slow.

tbh i'm not too hurt if he doesnt score on offense but i want him to rebound, make sure the ball moves well, be a threat and play defense most of all

This is how we do it! I still believe

Pau actually is a better player than most in the NBA . They say he has tendinitis in both knees. So in tell he can jump over a tooth pick, He'lll play like Chris Mims.
