Ryan is a defensive genius. He lacks leadership skills though because of his big mouth. A good coach leads by example, the example Ryan sets is not a good one. That said, Sanchez is much worse as a QB than he is as a coach

Greg is a pure winner from his high school to college days so I think he will do great at the pro level. The Jets needed a change, it was getting ugly to watch. Lets see what the kid has and if not you can always put Mark back in,,,I feel the same way right now about Ponder,,,I dont know why if you bench a QB who has no confidence, you can hurt it. I say Roll Tide if ya know what I mean.

The deal includes $20.5 million in guarantees for 2012 and 2013 and $40.5 million in "new" money, bringing his total over five years to $58.25 million, according to sources. He can make an additional $10 million in escalators.

The $58.25 million gives Sanchez the seventh-highest financial package among NFL quarterbacks, sources told ESPN senior NFL analyst Chris Mortensen.

Sanchez's cap charge in 2012, however, drops from $14.25 million to $7.85 million, a savings of $6.4 million, according to a source. Unofficially, it means they have more than $14 million in cap dollars to spend in free agency.

The time should of come along time ago. Sanchez looking decent against bottom teams is what helped him stay afloat all this time. With all that being said Sanchez does have good mechanics, i'll give that to him.

I'm glad the Nets are doing so well, if they weren't my entire sports year would be atrocious.

Five rounds went by in the 2000 draft... After 198 other players had been chosen, the Patriots drafted him in the sixth round.
Owner Robert Kraft recalls the night he was leaving the old Foxboro Stadium when he saw "this skinny beanpole" carrying a pizza. "He comes up and says, 'Mr. Kraft, I'm Tom Brady.' I said, 'I know who you are, you're our sixth-round draft choice from Michigan.' "And he looked me right in the eye and he said, 'and I'm the best decision this organization has ever made.' "
