I think Shark will continue to get better personally. I look at him as a 4 WAR+ guy for the next half decade.

Why? As long as he can keep his walk rate down he can be a TOR arm.

Because its hard to be a consistent 4+ WAR pitcher over a 5 year period

I can see him having a season or two under 4, but if I was betting, I think he gets 20 WAR over that period of time. Hell, if it wasn't for his one ridiculously awful month, he likely would have been over 4 last year. I may be in the minority here though, but his second half really got me excited to see if it can be improved on. Or even stabilized.

im with you on this one his biggest problem is over throwing and keeping that splitter down. He can be really good.

I think he is a pretty good pitcher, who may have a couple seasons where he hits 4, but I think he is pretty over rated on here. The "if he can keep his control and be consistent" part is much easier said than done

Anyone hear anything about offers for swisher? I know Cleveland has an offer of around 50/4. If that's what it would take to get swisher I think that's something we have to be in on.

Supposedly he's looking for a Werth deal. Doubt he'll get anything close to that but don't think he'll take what Cleveland is offering either. I'm sure Swisher is waiting for Hamilton to sign and go from there.

Swisher plays RF so DeJesus would either move to center or be traded.

Schierholtz was signed to play right and is better then dejesus in the field by a wide margin. Dejesus's arm is ****
