only 4 people in the last 14 years have.....

recorded at least one 5x5 game:

    Camby once
    Tinsley once
    Divac once
AK47 has done it 3 times

tonight... on 11/30/2012 vs the Jazz, Russel Westbrook has become the 5th person in the last 14 years to record a 5x5 (and the first person to do it with 5+ turnovers) :P. The last 5x5 game was done by AK47 in 2006.

Congratulations Westbrook on this extraordinary achievement.

If Westbrook did it tonight, that means only 5 people in the last 14 years have recorded at least one 5 x 5 game.

    5 of anything.

    5 points, 5 boards, 5 assists, 5 blocks, 5 steals, 5 TOs...

Not sure TOs should count tho

Yea I don't see how TO's can count. They don't count as double/triple doubles.

Obviously it doesn't count with the turnovers. It's 5 or more in points, rebounds, assists, steals and blocks.

A lot more players have done 5x5 in with turnovers replacing blocks.

Another 11 players have done 5x5 with TO's, there should be no reward for turning the ball over 5 or more times.

Why cut him short? He had a 7x5 (w/ to's) and 7x4 positive.

Because TO's are not considered a positive stat. Simple. They are detrimental to the team, hence me cutting him short. They don't help the team win.

He had a 7x4, which is great, but he doesn't join the list of 5x5er's because including TO's is a joke. As I said, there would be another 11 players who have accomplished a 5x5 if you include turnovers 23 times throughout NBA history.

EDIT: Add another 34 players to that list, which makes 45 players who have done it.

So if you're crediting Westbrook for having a 5x5 with TO's, there have been another 44 players who have accomplished this feat as well.
