Third string QB's are on the roster so that if numbers. 1 and 2 on the depth chart gets hurt, he's there to step in. If I'm not mistaken, Brad Smith is Buffalo's number 3 guy.

1- mark sanchez is still the starting qb for your new york jets, and timothy richard tebow is #2 on the depth chart...although tebow might be inactive sunday.

2- so far the only thing mcelroy has accomplished is making timothy richard tebow cry. That doesn't mean he has no potential or future.

if tebow is inactive this week, it will be interesting to see if rex will go to gmac if sanchez is struggling or the team falls far behind. I think there's a chance he would do it.

When MclRoy came in and lead us down the field on that drive and then he threw the TD, I was screaming and cheering like we just won the Superbowl lol it was crazy, It was the best moment in along time on this team

Absoultely right. Tim Tebow was never going to be the QB of this team because they don't have the personnel or desire to run a college style option offense.

McElroy did exactly what should be done, move the chains and not make any mistakes. Sanchez has forgotten how to play football and looked awful.
