I just had to come back and mention, I've learned so much from all you guys in the year or so I've been posting in the Fitness Forum! Thanks..to all of you!
I had to bring it up because a friend of mine asks me a lot about working out and wanted some better workouts instead of the exact same one daily. I sort of had to convince her it'd be better to change things up and that lifting weights won't make her "huge." So I told her I'd write her a new weekly routine if she wanted. I wrote it up in about 25 minutes earlier and she brought it to the gym tonight. She just told me she ran into a friend of hers there who's a big, jacked guy and a professional nutritionist. She showed him the routine and he asked if I did that for a living, then said I should!
So big props to you guys, cause I thought it was pretty simple with everything I've learned around here!
I can't do any work because our email & web server has been down the past day and a half. The owner uses a crappy local web hosting company and pays out of the nose for a dedicated server we don't need because of the size of our company. We pay over 200 a month for this stupid server when we could switch to GoDaddy and pay 150 a year to get the same service we actually use. A company of 12-15 people would RARELY ever need a dedicated server. Hell at 200 a month you can buy your own damn server and host it internally.
