just watched "the life and death of DK"
Man I'm not one to get super emotional but if you loved dk and the cardinals it'd be hard to not atleast tear up or shed a few tears. Incredible! I was 16 going on 17 when he passed.
is there a link to it somewhere online?
Is that what they showed on mlb network a few months back? If it was it was absolutely great.
Can you share a link?
I still remember the day it happened so clearly. to the Cubs and their fans btw for being classy when it happened.
I was 12-13 when that happened, i also remember Jack Buck had just.died, if im not mistaken. That team over came a lot of adversity
I'm looking for a link heres one where flynn does an interview though. I will find the link to it. Yes it was the special that was on mlb network it was on yesterday too.
Heres a tidbit of it. If someone could help me find the entire thing surely would appreciate it.
This kind of sums up the video but it's nothing like watching it because you can't see the players true emotions as they speak. All of the guys couldn't speak without tears or choking up atleast a bit. Jeff Bagwell, Larry Walker, Mike Matheny, La Russa, Dave Veres, and a few other guys, all of them were like that.
Thought this was a awesome tribute video for Jack Buck & Darryl Kile. Good work whoever did it.
i lost it when larry walker almost lost it...

Thanks man. Appreciate it.
Yeah thanks for the link... What a great production by mlb network. My parents had tickets for that Sunday night game but didn't go because they felt it would be like a funeral.
great production for sure.
If a few man tears flow from you guys.... i think its allowed haha. very moving
