    Because if you just let people vent and ignore them that'll be the end of it. If you defend him, it creates discussion and while I think discussion is good, I think this specific discussion has been discussed ad nauseam.

    exactly... so its annoying to see post after post saying "trade andrea" or gtfo or he sucks everytime he even misses a shot..... it has been discussed and repeated over and over... so how about everyone stops saying the same crap .... that will include me

    They'll always rant because Andrea is consistently frustrating and until he puts together a few consistent games people are going to continuously bash him. There's no point to being a contrarian, you'll just end up generating more unneeded discussion.
