    Spurs @ Heat

    Where you all at?

Anyways GG so far, I wonder about the penalty the Spurs will receive for sitting the big 3?

They will look like chumps if they do.
I understand they are ticked from a money perspective, but you never here any numbers just hypothetical complaints.

There is no rule nor should there be. How is that fair. I don't mind stern, but it is funny to me that he gets so worked up over this trash and just shows how much he likes to control things. He basically sees himself as deserving GM rights over all the teams.

Bottom line is that Popovich can do whatever he wants with his team. He did what was best for the team, and I don't think Stern should be meddling in their affairs. I know he CAN do so, but I just think it's wrong. Just another case of "Stern the dictator"....

Laker fan checking in here to say Way to Go Pop.

Ive always liked his coaching & the way he carries himself, & for him to make this decision is very cool. Im stoked that he stood up to Stern & the schedule & did what he thought was best for his team.

Pops the real deal & I like him even more after this.

Grizz fan weighing in and thinking I had no idea pop was so afraid of us !! To risk a fine or even worse for sending them home instead of DNP and sit on the bench?
Sure he can make that decision, but I am flattered he'd take that risk !
    See you guys Saturday .

based on how the game played out... i would really like to see stern's justification to 'punish' the spurs... sure the fans didn't see some big stars, but they did get to see a very good basketball game...
