I don't think Memphis will be this good at the end of the season and even if they are I still see OKC, SA, LAC and LAL beating them in a 7 game series
OKC will come out of the west, then maybe memphis and clippers have a chance. no one else.
Memphis isn't winning the West.

as of now i'm thinking okc
The Quest To Repeat: 8 Wins To Go
OKC. They won it last year and should be the favorites again. The Spurs were too old to keep up with them a year ago and I question whether Memphis can be this good over the course of an entire season. I certainly don't think they can keep up with Durant and Westbrook in crunch time scoring. The Clippers have an outside shot, but their bigs have to play much better defensively than they have in the past. Someone other than Paul and Griffin need to step up as well. Crawford has played extremely well, but he needs to keep it up or Billups needs to play big for them to be contenders.
Gram Lin.
I think if Memphis stays healthy, we have a great chance. But i'm sorta biased as a Grizz fan.
OKC.
If the Lakers can get their **** together then they'll have a chance but that's not looking very promising.
