Jacoby has a 35.8 average on kickoff returns which ranks 2nd in the league and the only KR in the league this year with 2 returned for touchdowns. He has a 11.0 average on punt returns which ranks 7th in the league and with a return for a touchdown.
1 of 3 players with both a kick return and punt return for a touchdown.
Other players have better "reputations" as returners possibly, but there isn't a returner I wouldn't take over Jacoby this year.
Especially considering the impact of two of his returns for TD's (KRvs. Dallas; PR vs PIT) being pretty much the deciding scores in the game.

I say Harvin. (Homer) But in all honesty, he is a beast of a KR. He's had 1 TD this year, and another called back on a block in the back that didn't even help him. Over the past years he is a game changer on KR.

Best return man is a title that truly changes every year. Its hard to consistently do. This year, its definitely Jacoby Jones
Some WR's are divas. Then there's new Saints WR Kenny Stills
