I don't like the word, " Diet ". Change your way of eating, the first month is the hardest, it takes time for your body/ taste to acclimate.
It takes two things----discipline and consistency. which both are hard when your young and busy.
Just eat healthier options drink lots of water. Stay with it, don't cheat. You put in the gym work reults will follow.
options- oats. grains. nuts. whole food. nothing fried. nothing fast food.
