I was wondering thoughts on no carb diet. I gotta friend who did it, and the before and after picture is amazing.

Basically the diet is 3 meals, that you rotate

1. no carb protein shake, 3 scoops, whey isolate, about 75 grams protein
2. 6 egg whites, 6 whole eggs, 10-12 almonds
3. 10 oz lean meat, 4 cups green leafy vegetable

0700 meal 1

1000 meal 2

1300 meal 1

1400 meal 2

1600 meal 3

1800 meal 1

2000 meal 3

2200 meal 1

basically, you eat 8-10 times a day, and you can use any 1 of those meals. they can be switched, swapped, or whatever.

You drink 24-32 ounce water with each meal.

thoughts? good for cutting, but you think you could build strength on it has well?
