    Miguel Cotto Vs Austin Trout

NOt sure what happened to the old thread, should we have mods sticky upcoming fights? Its getting annoying having to remake threads. ESP since some have news, Vids, already going convos, etc.

Who you guys picking? Im a huge cotto fan, so I'm sticking w my boy. But i really have no clue why he took this fight, seems far tougher than the benefits are worth.

I know from some friends, trouts camp is expecting to win.

Trout is much bigger than cotto. As far as ppl I know in the industry, none of them know why cotto took this fight. It might be his biggest mistake since leaving top rank.

Right, but Trout is a trchnical boxer and he never really pressures. Besides Maywather, Cotto's only losses have come when he gets barraged with shots nonstop over a fight and succumbs to the pressure. Cotto does fine against guys like Trout who box rather than brawl. Plus if it's anything close on the scorecards at MSG, they"ll give it to Cotto like they did in Clottley - Cotto. Cotto by decision, 116-112 type of score is my guess.

I think cotto wins, but trouts natural size advantage is significant. Cotto has never had problem w height in his past though.
