Man, I'm exhausted.I can't remember the last time a game took that much out of me as a fan. Maybe the snowy road win against the Jets back in '09 where it seemed like neither team wanted to score.
Even better than almost putting another nail in their season's coffin, is that the defense stepped up and ended his touchdown streak after they ran up the score last season. But damn that game wore me out.
We all complained about them not forcing enough turnovers, well we finally got those turnovers.
Oh yeah, I know Willy Mo had the two picks, but the gameball goes to Owens and Bobby Mac. How many times did we see them make a key tackle, force runners back inside, or break up a pass after Asante went out? They might fly under the radar on a night when a lot of guys on that side stepped up in key moments. Good work by KB also.
Man, I love this team.
Not too many Saint's fans out today, eh? LOL
They drive us crazy but every game is full of drama.Originally Posted by ugafan
Essentially put their playoff hopes to rest, ended Brees' TD streak, AND set his career high in int's. I think I just might be happy with this win haha. So glad it was us to do that to him, especially after hearing the sound effects of him talking to his team before game saying that it was their division and they were going to show us that. Who owns the division now?![]()

Gameball goes to WillyMo. 11 tackles, 2int's, and a number of pass breakups.
Before I forget, **** Curtis Lofton. He needs to stop acting like such a little *****.
