If we win this we go to the playoffs... if we lose, we have doubt lingering in our home game against the Titans... Go Colts!

How in the world are we going to contain Calvin and that Lions passing game?

I think we just have to try our best to keep the big plays down. When we get 3rd and longs, we need to make stops.

Expected to get Davis back and the timing couldnt better. This could be the game, time, that Davis shows us why we got him. Show that talent against the most menacing WR in recent memory. Im excited for this one, and I hope that with Davis being back that we can get some pressure on Stafford since he will have to hold onto the ball a bit longer.

They wont be able to contain the pass, they're going to have to score a lot and hope the defense and special teams can help any way possible. They may need to score 35-40 pts. to win this one. The lions may be 4-7 but they are a very dangerous team, they can drop 4-5 any given week. The D needs to get a couple 3 & outs and they might have a chance to keep up. Hopefully Suh will get a minor injury to keep him off the field this week. What do you guys think the colts need to do this week?

Pass rush needs to step up this game. We need to gash them with the runs as well.

Don't discount Leshoure. I watched the Lions thanksgiving day game and that kid is good. If we had trouble with Spiller, expect much of the same here.

    And...here...we...go...

He's good, but he's slow and we only use him to run up the middle. Think he's only ran to the outside on like 5 carries. Longest run on the year I think is 16 yards for him. I wouldn't be worried about him at all, especially since he'll probably only get ~15 touches.

Don't think Leshoure is anywhere close to the level of Spiller IMO..

Expecting a shootout here. Calvin is unstoppable. Broyles showed he is ready to step in and make some plays. Their D hasn't been anything special though, so our O will have a shot. Pressure Stafford into making some dumb throws.

Colts defense needs to make a play... much like what NE did to us.

I wonder if either team's D will even try playing for the run?

On paper, we should beat the Chiefs and Titans. Which in theory (explained in the Phil Wilson Thread) should get us into the playoffs. We also could be in a situation where Houston is resting up week 17 (which could be another paper win). If we ever won this game, it would relieve a tremendous amount of pressure, and would bode necessary if we even think about the division (which would require us beating Houston both times; plus another foul up on their part). Gosh I wish Houston lost last week.

Watched it, liked it. Didn't really say anything that we didn't know though.
