True that.The Red sox haven't signed anyone good,the Celtics just suck now and the Nhl Lockout.Don't even get me started on that.The pats are the only ones doing something Good.Do you think we can afford to sign napoli,swisher,hamilton and what's your opinion on myers.

What for? There's already an offseason thread. Plus, there's a rumors thread where links/reports are being posted on a daily basis to keep the forum from being clogged up.

Rumors thread don't count.those are for links only.you created it.and the offseason thread is already 150 pages long.I see no harm in creating a new thread to discuss our offseason moves and close the pre exsting threads.Its up to the mods.

It is up to the mods, you are correct; But, even if the offseason thread is 150 pages long, why close it and start a new one? What does one gain with that? Absolutely nothing. Might as well leave it open and use it for what it was made for, exactly what you want the new thread to be used for.

I didn't say they were. They are trying to free up money to get a pitcher and they've been linked to Lester/Shields who make quite a bit of $ in 2013-14. Connect the dots.

Well, we could take one back in a Myers trade to help facilitate a deal. Neither are really making substantial money, wouldn't be hard to eat the money and release or non-tender a guy.
