I think he regressed and is more of a ball huger than I ever knew him to be. Is it time we consider a trade? Derrick Fisher will be a better replacement IMO and if we can trade Norris for a big, we should be a better team for it.

I agree about not liking Norris, but Derek Fisher is the exact OPPOSITE of what we need. We need somebody who can be a spark plug off the bench and bring energy. The only Fisher can bring is a wheelchair

Too early in the season to judge him fully. Still useful for his solid defense.
If we trade away Cole and have Chalmers as the only PG, what happens if he gets injured?
Wade at PG with Allen/Miller at SG? Is that our backup plan?

Norris cole is quick and fast. But can't do anything right. Blows by people and misses a layup or gets blocked. Can't hit the open jumper and turns the ball over any chance we give him. He needs to hit the gym on day one of the offseason and work on a lot.

I don't know I think he has gotten better with his jumper. Everything else is still the same but I think his jumper is better.

He can defend... Thats all we need from him he is fast, a spark and can defend. He still learning so I don't have any problem with him right now.

I'm willing to give him more time for improvement, but the coaches are going to have to limit his minutes here to get a point across. Sometimes, a good kick in the pants is what it'll take to get a player going.

He is not terrible by any stretch, most teams probably yearns to have a backup like Cole. He does have many weaknesses as well, as he is one-dimensional and can be shut down relatively easily. Lets face it, he is the only one on this team who is still young and has potential so keep that in mind when you are thinking about giving him away for a
2nd round pick
