Mebane was a top player for like a month but i am sorry he has been playing terrible lately ever since the 49ers have run the trap on us our DT's have been to blame for us getting ran on.

According to NFL.com and ESPN.com, you're wrong. Nice try, though!

    Damn, good one.

Jason Collins claims he is the first openly gay NBA player despite the fact we witnessed the entire league bend the Lakers over all season.

You can also see on that picture that Henry Melton grades more positively than Brandon Mebane.

Saying it isn't close for in either side is simply absurd. Both have played like top 10, maybe even top 5 DTs. There's only one 4-3 DT that you can say is better and isn't close to either, and his name is Geno Atkins.

And Debo, you're better than that.

As it looks right now, I don't think we could beat the ****ing Browns on the road.

I still think Mebane is the more well rounded player. I'm not going to say it isn't close but I'd take Mebane over Melton. Melton isn't a good run defender.

How are we ridiculously overrated? We have the best young secondary in the league.

What the heck, the bears fans have taken over the forum it seems. Russell has gone against the best defense in the league, the 49ers, and it was the receivers who were scared and dropped all those passes. He'll do fine but its the rest of the team I'm worried about.

Oh yea Wagner is a beast, best linebacker we have right now.

Looks like Jason Jones may be a poor man's Mebane huh?

He is good at getting pressure but not very good at stopping the run.

And Mebane isn't a good pass rusher.

They're completely different players, and it's really ridiculous to compare them. I just like ruffling feathers considering how your fanbase acted when we played SEA in the playoffs.

That said, with how explosive the NFL is now, a pass rushing monster is much more valuable than someone who doesn't let you run at them without a double team.

OK, but who's the better belly dancer? Mebane or Melton? *chirp* *chirp*

    That's right, Mebane wins.

No, but seriously, they're both pretty equal.
    Problem?

I remember when the Bears thought about picking up Brandon. That would have been nice...
