Good Good. I see Ravens Run Defense has really stepped up. This could spell trouble. We had our chance two weeks ago

Will Allen has been playing well at SS and Lewis well at corner. Why change Lewis' position, and why bench Allen?

Because everything I type is illogical. lol, I don't know. Steelers secondary is not the problem. Its creating pressure on the defensive line and O line.

Keenan Lewis has been playing great. And Ike. We can use a safety opposite Clark, but don't move the corners. We haven't had this level of play there in ... forever.

The only thing our defense differs from people calling it elite is splash plays. We have a great defense...just creating no turnovers and having turnovers kills us.

While we may have overreacted a bit, it does appear Tomlin isn't happy with Wallace's performances lately.

Tomlin on starting QB vs Ravens:
Right now Charlie Batch is our quarterback,” said Tomlin. “We are working offensively to put together a plan to complement his strengths"

Does that mean we punt on 1st down?

The defense has allowed one field goal drive to each team apiece in the past two games. Otherwise, every score has happened on special teams or due to a short field caused by turnovers by the offense.

Turnovers are at MOST four or so plays of an entire game. I hate comparing players or teams by those. We are tied with the 49ers for allowing the least yards per play at 4.5. We're the only team allowing less than 6 yards per play on pass plays, and even the run defense has stepped up and is now 4th in yards per rush. These are numbers that measure every snap of the season, not 20 or so.

I love this defense, especially the secondary.

Tomlin was then asked if he has seen anything less than 100% effort from his receiver and he said "no."

...Wallace was indeed frustrated on Sunday and rightfully so as Tomlin put it. Quarterback Charlie Batch underthrew the wide receiver several times in the game both short and deep.

Talks about how Wallace isn't happy with it either. Also stresses the fact that Wallace is not entirely to blame, does not dictate how good or bad of a receiver he is compared to Brown or Sanders, and certainly is not what makes him expendable.
