It's common knowledge and common sense. Wallace is the #1 receiver. Had 1200 yards and 10 TDs in 2010, was on pace for something like 1800-2000 yards after the first half of 2011. Defenses had to adjust to stop him, which opened things up for Brown. Brown showed he could take advantage of them, defenses had to stop both. That's not possible, so they have to focus on the bigger threat which is Wallace.
