Does Andrew Bynum's and Amar'e Stoudemire's respective injuries open the door for Monroe to his first All-Star game? Why or why not? Discuss.

It should really help, but I can't say for sure if he will make it since the national media likes to snub us lol. I think this could be Monroe's year though, I've got my fingers crossed.
I can't think of any classy or interesting signature at this time, but I've finally posted enough to be allowed to have one so I am exercising that right anyhow.
I'd love for it to happen. Moose's play so far deserves some recognition.
AAT: Miguel Cabrera-BA: .358 Hr: 19 RBI: 71
Probably not. Nobody knows anyone on Detroit. He'd have to average like 30 ppg to get any recognition, they'll all just say "if he was on a good team his numbers would blow". It's a joke.
Along with Hibbert's horrible start and Dwight moving west. But I still see Joakim Noah or Brook Lopez stealing a spot from Monroe.
Edit: I don't understand how a 7 footer like Lopez is only averaging about 6 and a half rebounds though..kinda sad. Then there's also Al Horford.

If they wouldnt have got rid of the center spot from the all-star voting he would have a good shot but now i think hes still a year or two away because hes not a huge fan favorite household name around the league yet.
