Belated congrats to Sandoval -- Postseason MVP

San Francisco third baseman Pablo Sandoval earned the Babe Ruth Award as postseason MVP

I don't remember this being discussed here. Anyway, even though this news is old, still cool to see Pablo win this especially after what he went through in 2010.

Nice. I'll never forget him taking Verlander out the park three times in that one game.

Yeah, there was basically 0 coverage of this award. Understandable since it's not a traditional baseball award like mvp, cy young, etc..

    Is the postseason MVP edible?

The award could of gone to numerous players on the Giants.

When in doubt, it always goes to one who makes history.
3 HRs in first 3 ABs, against Verlander gives you that.
