The Lakers now only have two coaches on the staff:

Mike and Dan D'Antoni!!! I'm sure that'll make most on here LOL or cry (maybe both).

Darvin Ham will join Steve Clifford in Charlotte.

Reports are that two more full time assistants will be hired as well as two player development coaches.

MDA likes a small staff, which I agree. Too many voices creates issues.

This is how we do it! I still believe

Why did they have so many damn coaches in the first place? Kinda scary when you realize they needed so many coaches to accomplish getting swept & beaten soundly in the 1st rd...

Supposedly D'Antoni wants to hire both of them. All other NBA head coaching spots need to be filled first though (Since both want to be HC somewhere).

Smart of Darvin to jump ship with Steve. They trying to get away from D'Antoni as fast as possible.

Hopefully we get Nate McMillan so when D'Antoni gets fired we will have a quality coach in place for the interim.

If the rest of our league wants to hire our assistants, that must have meant they were pretty good, no?
    The Los Angeles Lakers

We have so many of these, we give them out to our fans.

They were Browns assistants. Apparently he needs a lot of advice to coach plus someone else to draw up plays.
