    Soto was nontendered would love to see the Yankees go after him. He was a good hitter years ago but fell off the earth a little. Reminds me of when Martin was nontendered

    i like Parra as well he would be a great pickup to serve as the long relief. adds another lefty to the bullpen as well which is always a good thing

    Him being a drug addict is the only thing that's holding the Yankees back to signing ?

    If George Steinbrenner were alive, he would have signed. Just like he signed Darryl Strawberry and Doc Gooden, who have drug issues in the past and won with the Yankees.

    No, I'm sure there are other reasons.

    Yeah, if my aunt had balls she'd be my uncle. George isn't alive and the idea that his actions were somehow beneficial to the teams success obviously dont remember that

    a). the dynasty teams were pretty much thanks to Gene Michael and Bob Watson

    b). George threw money at the problem for years after the 01 season and it wasn't the answer.

    Please people stop romanticizing about George and how if he were alive we would win 2 World Series every year.
