And just wait for all the *****ing when we have a 35 year old 2B who is making $20+ mill a season and is no longer the Robbie we knew. Look where the Yanks are now with long term contracts owned to players n their mid to late 30's. Do you really want to them to add another one?
Why the **** not? Yankees got all the money in the world. They can have a billion dollar payroll and break even. By that point and stage all the ****** contrats will be gone and Cano can dh. Anyone with a brain can tell cano has one of the best swings in baseball I'm pretty sure at 35 he will be a productive player. If the yankees don't pay him someone else will.
This whole 'Yanks can spend whatever they want because they have an unlimited supply of money" way of thinking comes off as spoiled little brat who wants the yanks to sign everyone at any price.
The Yankees are not as rich as some think they're. They are not Apple who has $100+ billion in cash. This team is run like a business and when you run a business you just don't hand out cash on bad deals because you have it. Did you ever think what the Yanks could do with the money saved on not signing a 31year old 2B to a $200 million deal?
Haha give me a break. Typical spoiled yankee fan huh. Did i say for them to sign everyone and anyone. No i said to sign one of our home grown players. So you can take that thought of a typical spoiled yankee fan and shove it you know where. You don't know me or my knowledge of baseball.
I'm honestly starting to think that we should just trade our assets (Grandy, Hughes, Nova, etc.) for top-flight SP. At this point, **** it. Is there really a big difference between what we might be able to sign on the FA market at this point or something we have in house, like a Nix or Nunez? Same goes for the OF.
May as well just load up the rotation-- Line up like 2-3 aces and just hope our offense can produce enough to win 2-1 and 3-2 ballgames. Then, when we can spend again after 2014, reload on bats.

Maybe they should of thought of the luxery tax when they were wipeing their *** with 100 dollar bills and handing out ludicrous contracts.
This is what you posted:
Yanks have all the money in the world? Spend $1 billion on payroll and breakeven? No other way to describe you other than spoiled and delusional. Why the **** not? Yankees got all the money in the world. They can have a billion dollar payroll and break even.
^Can the Yankees lend me $100, im good for it
100 dollars? Thats it?
Losing a homegrown player who wants 200 million for 7-10 years at age 31 is not a sin. It's smart..
