    Who's IN & Who's OUT

Looking at the starters going into next season...in your opinion who should be in(safe starting spot) and who should be out(fired/released/traded/etc.) If you think said person should be replace, state who should replace him.

OC: Scott Linehan OUT (replace with Norv Turner if he is fired)
    DC: Gunther Cunningham

    Offense
WR 13 Nate Burleson OUT (replace with Mike Thomas; broyles will play the slot, we need someone else for the second WR)
LT 76 Jeff Backus OUT (replace with Rieff)
    LG 67 Rob Sims
C 51 Dominic Raiola IN/OUT (if we can find someone then he will be gone but if not he stays for one more season)

RT 77 Gosder Cherilus IN/OUT (replace with Backus if not resigned)

    DT 90 Ndamukong Suh
DE 93 Kyle Vanden Bosch IN/OUT (if he takes paycut he will stay but if not we draft a DE to replace him)
    LB 52 Justin Durant
    LB 55 Stephen Tulloch
LB 54 DeAndre Levy OUT (replace with Whitehead or T. Lewis)
    CB 23 Chris Houston
    CB 28 Bill Bentley
SS 24 Erik Coleman OUT (replace with Ricardo Silva; has played well and would still be an upgrade over Coleman or Spivey)
    FS 25 Louis Delmas
    Special Teams
K: Jason Hanson IN/OUT (competition will be brought in if he does not retire and he will still have to earn his job)
P: Nick Harris OUT (replace with someone younger)
KR/PR: Stefon Logan for the love of God get him OUT of here (Mike Thomas or draft pick)

We will resign Durant and Houston to long term deals. Durant is playing really well and we cannot lose Houston. Delmas will probably be tagged to see if he can stay healthy before being offered something long term. Peterman may be getting old but he has been having his best season of his career and will not be let go. I would have let Pettigrew go but there is really no one else to go get right now so he will be given another year. We also need to sign Stafford to a new deal. We cannot deal with a $23 million cap hit on one person.

He was the OC for the Cowboys when they were winning SBs in the 90s....They were good, IDK if he was a product of success.
Turner got much of the credit for not only their success, but for helping shape quarterback Troy Aikman into a Hall of Fame player. Upon arriving in Dallas, Turner took over an offense that was dead last in the NFL in total yards averaging 255.1 yds/gm and scoring 15.2 pts/gm, his impact was immediate. In 1991 the offense jumped to 9th in total yds with 318.8/gm and scoring 21.4/gm, and 4th in 1992(350.4 yds/gm, 25.6 pts/gm) and 4th in 1993(350.9 yds/gm, 23.5 pts/gm). Emmitt Smith led the NFL in rushing all 3 yrs under Norv Turner, winning Super Bowl XXVIII MVP. No team before in the Super Bowl era had won with the leading rusher before Emmitt Smith under Turner in 1992 and 1993.

Just so you all know. KVB will be here next year no matter. Even if we cut him we will still have to pay him what he is owed. So if they have to pay him they might as well keep him on.

this x100 its bugs the hell outta me that everyone is saying KVB needs to go.. Its just not happening.. I would like him AND his salary to go but its not possible unless someone else takes his whole contract which had about a 0.05% chance

That and backus is still got a year left at a fair price.. Even if hes not starting at LT he needs to be on the line somewhere..
