    Mirza Teletovic

What do you think about sending him to the D-League? I don't really know all the rules as far as sending people down there but I'm assuming he can go there if we wanted.

The guy has talent but he is still learning the NBA game and he is not getting any playing time to get into a rhythm. I still think he could really play a role on this team as a spot up shooter that we don't really have.

    Thoughts?

Actually his shot is the only thing thát's beautiful, its got this nice arc. I think his positioning is the one that is so bad that Avery doesn't give him minutes. This guy had a reputation of just shooting in Europe, he didn't develop any defensive grit. He moves around a lot trying to get steals but that's it.

He's our Novak. It's up to Avery to figure out how to get him involved.

When we were looking at him i feel the Nets were thinking Dwight Howard. That fell through so now we have a player that does not compliment our team much. I wanna see minutes for him because i like what he brings and what i saw from him the few minutes i saw from him on the court.

One problem i have is that Avery puts him in the game and if Mirza does not light it up with 3 jumpers in a row he gets benched. Avery does something similar with MarShon where if he effs up even once it's off to the bench.

Avery needs to be more patient

He took 'less' money in order to solidify his role with us. I really hope he gets into the regular rotation and makes an impact

He hasn't been hitting those shots if he was he would have a role plain and simple. Hes missing every jumper he takes almost

I want to see Tele play and be successful! He has not made much of his chances so far and there are just simply 4 bigs ahead of him on the depth chart right now. If you want to play him at SF there is a bunch of people ahead of him there too. He will get his chance...just not right now.

This might seem crazy but, I would like to see him starting in place of hump, he would fit in better with the first unit. Try to get him going early.

Don't want to change Reggie's role, let him get most off the minutes at the 4, I don't care if Hump plays at all.

I think Tele is a fighter, and will do can bring more than Hump.
Playing next to Wallace should compensate for the loss in rebounding.

Right now I don't want to touch anything... with the way we are playing we will need him in the future. I prefer he learn from the guys.. and gets adjusted to the American way and then when we need him we will need him

+ the way Hump played tonight, I am sure there will be some minutes for him as he gets phased out.
