Williams is replacing Beyers at RG. I'm surprised Bridges isn't being started since everyone figured he'd was brought in to play. I don't know how much help Williams will be on the OL, but whatever I guess.
Williams played most of the snaps at RG against Tampa, so I think we've seen a good preview.
Rivera said that Bridges will be the immediate back-up for RG and LG, so I guess Beyers is deep in the dog house with the staff.

Byers wasn't very good, so this isn't particularly surprising. I think the concern with Bridges is that he needs to get back up to game speed. I thought Williams played at RG a bit last week, did decently enough?
