I'd rather have Prado at 3B and go find a LF

Problem with signing another player is the amount of money spent. We don't need to restrict ourselves for future terms in regards to money, so we have plenty to lock up future players. I love having pitching depth, although I believe Delgado or JT should be traded for a stud position player for the future (either LF or 3B) , as someone up here mentioned we have had a pitcher for the last three years get hit up with TJ surgery. It will be interesting to see what the Braves next move is. I believe right now we have a great team, where as a trade could make us a lot better-but at what price?
I read where the Mets are trying to get Wil Myers for R.A. "tricky" Dickey. Royals won't budge on Myers or Gordon. Looks like they may be wisening up. Maybe the Royals aren't going to be the shopping store for the rest of MLB anymore. : ( I liked that store.

Myers was a pipe dream anyway. I never entertained that idea.
I'm hoping we can pull off a decent trade for Span...

Welcome to the A!
Span just went to the Nats... Bah he would of worked out great.
So who's left now to target for LF?
Don't know about you guys but I would of been upset if we gave up any of JT, delgado, gilmartin, minor, or graham for span. Span is very meh to me. And anyway with bj in CF that would leave span in LF. Which is kinda a waste of what he does best...defend. Sorry but I am not that desperate for a decent leadoff hitter. Not something I would give up one of my best pitching prospects for.
At least Bourne won't be in the NL East.
Who to get now? Willingham? I think Justin Upton will cost too much and I don't want Victorino on the team. I also don't want Cody Ross on the team and neither should anyone else. The guy is great against lefties, but that is like playing a better version of Matt Diaz in LF for the whole season imo.
Seems like whats left is Cody Ross, Ryan Ludwick, Shane Victorino, Nick Swisher, and Justin Upton. Who seems more realistic to play LF?
