    No energy from the Mavs in the first half. It was like a layup drill for the Lakers in that first quarter. More the play of the Mavs than the play of the Lakers is the reason its a 27 point game imo.

    damn. I just got done with the 3rd quarter. Crowder went hard again, VC just hit 3 3s in a row then Collison hit one..still down 22 lol

    terrible defense. hate to dwell in the past but itd be so nice if the Mavs had Chandler or someone simliar to add some interior D...

    If we still had Chandler...this team would look worse. We'd have JJ who just came back from inury, Dirk still injured, who knows what moves we would or wouldn't have made with Haywood/Terry/Kidd, but we'd likely still have two of the three. You think 7-7 is bad? Imagine the scoring this team would have if we had kept the championship team together. We'd put up like 70 points a game.
