the refs may have missed the call, but this loss is still on the raptors... They let this game slip away too many times and had many chances to pull away so they wouldn't have to be in the position they were in.

Lol it makes a lot more sense than than the Atlanta-Miami game they replayed a few years ago. It was because Shaq got his sixth foul with about 1:30 left and they should not have called it on him. So they replayed the 1:30. That was the stupidest decision i ever saw. It doesn't mean he would have won them the game if he stayed in lol

Because they protested and they won.

Missed calls happen all the time in a fast paced game. The Raptors would never win if they protest this.


Even then, it makes more sense to replay a game because of a timekeepers lack of competence than a refs honest mistake.

Fouls aren't reviewable.

I tend to agree because a lot of fouls are hard to judge in the fast paced action. I'd just take too long referring to replay to determine a foul or not when most fouls are hard enough to judge as it is.

If they want to make it right, replay the final 2.4 seconds with Bargs at the line and Bobcats getting possession right after. Of course, that's not happening, so all of this is pointless.

Lol, they might as well replay all games played in the NBA because there are bad calls that completely alter the course of the game.

NBA doesn't need to replay it. It's a bad call made by humans. It's a whole lot easier to move on. Also makes more sense.

NBA head office reviews all games after they are played.

If any other player from any other team fouled Bargnani, they'd probably acknowledged questionable officiating.

It's the exact same reaction defenders have when they get called for a foul. They just stare at the ref with their hands up signalling they were vertical. It's a reaction of disbelieve. Guys like Jonas, Duncan, Horford, etc do it a lot.

But yea, let's punish most people on the team too. Derozan should be banned because instead of getting mad in the refs face, he spent a majority of the time throwing his fist in anger when walking back to the bench.

They admitted it but the end result still the same, we lost the game. Missed calls are part of the nba, it is a fast paced game. But the so called 'star' treatment is bs. Derozan has been getting hacked a lot. Wade and Lebron seem to get free throw attempts if an opposing player even gives them a dirty look. A foul IS a foul regardless of who is involved, apparently that is a tough concept for the nba refs.

This right here. A good coach has the ear of the refs. Doing his utmost to ensure the next borderline call goes his way.

The thing with me is everyone is saying the refs make mistakes. To be this wasn't a mistake. You had the ref standing right in front of him. Come on look at the camera angles the refs were positioned the same angles as the camera. They saw it they just didn't want to call it. I wouldn't be as mad if their view were kind of blocked by something so they didn't see it clear. But they did.
