What im going to do is list the 4 starting QBs from each division in the league. Rate them in regards vs the quarterbacks in each of there rankings around the league. So rate 1-8 for all the divisons 1, 1-8 for all 2s, 1-8 for all 3, 1-8 for all 4.
Clarification the best quarterbacks in each division the way i have them are Brady, Rodgers, Brees, etc. the number next to there names rates them in compairson to the other quarterbacks who are the best in other divisions 1-8... i do the same for the #2 best guys in each division, #3 best guys in each division, and the worst qbs in each division.. so your order of list rates you in how you are in your division, the number next their names rates them how they stand compared to their peers from around the league who are in the same ranking as them across the rest of the leagues divisions (8)

Brady 1
Fitzpatrick 8

AFC West
Peyton Manning 3
Rivers 7
Palmer 6
Cassel 7
NFC East
RG 6
Romo 2
Eli Manning (20-15 TD/INT 60%) otherwise would be higher)1
Foles 2
NFC North
Rodgers 2

Kind of time consuming but a completely different way to look at things. When you really break down the league you see the strength of QBs is in the NFC as most of them dominate the rankings vs there peers who are ranked at the same ranking as them across the league
