RotoCBS' Jason La Canfora reports the Bears expect Jay Cutler (concussion) to start in Week 12.
Cutler remain limited in Thursday's practice, but he's "met concussion protocol to this point." Coach Lovie Smith admitted he's "looking better" to play. Barring a setback, Cutler will be under center against the Vikings. That's excellent news for an offense that's perhaps the worst in the league without its starting quarterback. Cutler is Rotoworld's No. 22 quarterback for Week 12.

Vikings are actually good if Ponder plays well... Harvin being out is a huge disadvantage for them though

Cool. Campbell certainly wasn't the worst part about the 9ers game, and Jay probably throws more interceptions, but at least we would have moved the ball.
