Any chance the M's trade Guti to the Twins now that they have a need for a CF? This could free up the salary that might be holding back the Hamilton deal. Saunders does seem more like a player the Twins would target though. I want Hamilton and Bourn. I don't mind being greedy!

I use Twitter. The main guys to follow are Jeff Sullivan (and other people from SB Nation), Prospect Insider (JAC and Alex Carson), and Seattle beat writers.

MLBTradeRumors is the best thing to follow like the others said they are super fast and put everything on one page you don't have to check all the twitter pages.
I hates the idea of Upton going to Texas but Upton most likely wasn't going to waive his no trade clause he doesn't want to come here because his bat struggles here but at least we will get Hamilton.Last edited by NateyB24; 12-06-2012 at 02:28 PM.

If you guys signed Hamilton, do you think maybe Justin Morneau might be an option as well? Hamilton/Montero/Morneau in the middle of the lineup. I know you have some pitching prospects that would interest the Twins (obviously not Walker or Hultzen) But would Paxton or Maurer be names you could see? Just curious

morneau would be great bc he has the leadership that this team needs and will not get from hamilton, we would be very lefty heavy in the lineup, GMZ is coveting rightys but we can always address that later.
