I'm really high on the Saints for this game. I don't think they'll turn the ball over 5 times again. I don't see Drew throwing 2 picks, either (unless they're tips). Don't forget that if PT gets hit like that this go around, I wouldn't be shocked to see a flag.

If the Saints keep the penalties and turnovers low, I love them in this game.
Always so important, but never more so than in this game

People act like the 49ers crushed the Saints, but it was a 4 point win. Brees threw for 462 yards and 4 TDs. I'd understand this feeling if the 49ers had won 9-6 and Brees threw for 150 with 4 picks.

That said, Brees won't throw for that much again. I see him throwing for 320 with the running game going from 37 yards to around 120. Get the run game going and beat the 49ers. Their two losses and the tie game when their opponent rushed for 140+. Of the teams they beat, only the Seahawks rushed for over 100 yards (136).

Saints ground game came alive at the right time. Need it now more than ever.

i definitely agree. which is why I think Harbaugh will roll out Kaepernick for a number of snaps

Brian Murphy, a local sports radio host, in San Francisco said on ESPN Radio tonight that if Alex Smith is healthy (concussion), he will be the starter.

Kaepernick already gets a few snaps in a game as it is. Harbaugh might up it, but I can't see that being a successful strategy. I say roll with Smith, who has had a good season, then switch in the offseason. After this year, Smith should find takers in FA, so it's not as if they didn't do him a huge favor letting him boost his stock.

They better roll out towards Will Smith bcuz Cam Jordan plays the QB p/a bootleg, the run, and roll outs very well on his side!
